I seem to go through my tennis photos in cycles. After reviewing and editing more literal photos I start wondering what else I can do with them. Can I create a new look or even say something new through post processing? Here are a few of the results, a second set on this site as of early 2019.
In the next three photos I'm playing with the trendy glitch affect, simulating video glitches from bad reception in a still image. In these three images I use a photo of Roger Federer from social media that comes, I believe, from a charitable video done by Jon Volper of Anomaly.
This is an anaglyph, using out-of-alignment colors to add a sense of jarring impact to Coco Vandeweghe seeming to volley a ball into her own visor.
